Welcome to Scrappin' Escapes! We offer a variety of options to ensure that you have a wonderful time during your stay. Whether you choose a small cottage style retreat with a limited number of scrappers or a huge resort style event with 50 plus attendees we have you covered. Big or small all of our events have one thing in common, our guarantee that no detail had been overlooked to ensure that you have an ESCAPE to remember.

FAQ We want to do whatever we can to make your weekend escape memorable. Here are answers to the most commonly asked questions. You can also contact Jessica @ 951-809-9068 if you have any additional questions.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Group discounts are available to groups of 10 or more and are as follows:
10 – 19 croppers $10.00 discount per person.
20 or more croppers $20.00 discount per person.
Group discounts cannot be combined with any other special offer.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes we will give you a refund minus your $50.00 non-refundable deposit if
- 3 months or more out from the scheduled event - Full refund minus
deposit.
- 1-3 months out from the scheduled event - 50% of amount paid minus
refund. Please communicate with us we are willing to transfer your
registration to a future event.
- Within 30 days of the scheduled event - no refunds or credits will be
offered.
Q: Our group fell below the minimum number of guests to receive
discount pricing, what do we do?
A: If your group falls below the minimum number of guests required for group
discounts, each remaining guest will be responsible for the additional amount
owed depending on the room size you are selecting.
Q: Our group size grew and now we qualify for a group discount
pricing, what do we do?
A: We would be happy to offer a cash / check / credit card refund in the
amount of the difference to all guests who are paid in full. Guests who have
not paid in full will only be responsible for the adjusted balance. *30 days or
less before the event we will not issue a cash / check / credit card
refund, amount.
Q: I have to leave early and will be unable to stay the entire weekend.
A: We understand that things come up and at times your plans change,
however once the event has started we cannot issue a refund or credit of any
kind. This policy applies to both day croppers and overnight guests.
Q: Can I combine my discounts
A: Discounts cannot be combined. Previous guest discounts are based on
the standard or early bird pricing. If you are enjoying the benefits of special
discounts while in attendance at one of our events, then you will be not
larger than that of the previous guests discount.
Q: Does everyone in my group need to regsiter individually?
A: Yes, please have every guest register individually, this helps us keep track
of all guests.
Q: Can I register my friends?
A: Yes, you may as long as all information is accurate, please use the correct
e-mail address for the guest being registered. The exception to this is if you
are paying the balance for your friends.
Q: I have a balance can I just pay it when I arrive?
A: No all balances are due prior to the event, however we will make an
exception if you have contacted us prior to the event to make alternate
arrangements.
