| Retreat Packages Due to the availability of several restaurants on the property we will not be offering an all-inclusive meal package. The crop fee does not include meals or hotel accommodations. The crop package rates are as follows: Standard rates apply as of Dec. 15, 2009 |
- 60 hours of cropping time, crop room will open at 9:00
am on Friday and remain open until 9:00pm on Sunday. - Crop space - Your choice of your own 8-foot table or
4-foot table space. - Reserved group seating regardless of the number of
guests in your party. - Snacks, coffee, water and iced tea throughout your
weekend. - Event t-shirt.
- Vendors for on-site shopping.

- Use of all tools including a computer with an extensive
